Homemade Crescent Rolls Recipe (Najmekse Kifle)

Homemade crescent rolls are so much better than the store-bought canned stuff. These crescent rolls are fluffy and airy inside with a delicious, buttery crust. You'll love this recipe!

📌Ingredients:

◾️1 stick unsalted butter, melted (4 oz)

◾️1 cup whole milk, 110 degrees F

◾️1/2 cup plain yogurt, semi room temp

◾️5 cups all-purpose flour

◾️2 tsp salt

◾️1 tbsp sugar

◾️I packet instant yeast (2 ¼ tsp)

◾️1 egg with 1 tbsp of milk for top


Bake at 375 degrees F for 16-18 min or until golden brown on top
