Ingredients:
◾️3 eggs, separated
◾️pinch of salt
◾️2/3 cup granulated sugar
◾️1/2 tsp vanilla
◾️16 oz mascarpone
◾️28-30 lady fingers (about 2.5 sleeves)
◾️2 cups warm, strong coffee or espresso
◾️1 tbsp cocoa powder
