Easy Sugar Cookies That Do Not Spread

These super easy, no spread sugar cookies are great treat during the holidays! I actually make them year-round, just use different cookie cutters. 😊 Super fun to decorate with the kiddos and even more fun to eat!

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups unsalted butter at room temp

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cold egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp almond extract (optional)

3 cups flour, leveled (don’t pack the flour)

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Bake for 9-10 minutes on 350 degrees. Do not bake longer unless you like crunchy cookies 😊
