Ingredients:

◾️5-6 medium sized leeks

◾️4 tbsp unsalted butter

◾️3 garlic cloves, sliced

◾️4 medium gold potatoes, cubed

◾️48 oz low-sodium chicken broth

◾️1 tsp salt

◾️1/4 tsp black or white pepper

◾️1/4 tsp ground thyme

◾️1 bay leaf

◾️1 cup heavy whipping cream

◾️2 tbsp sour cream
